Sec. 796.212. - Limited contracting authority.

The sheriff or designee is hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City, any agreements concerning 911 service, with telephone companies and providers that do not obligate the City financially; provided however, such agreements must be reviewed and form approved by the Office of General Counsel and attested to by the Corporation Secretary.
