Sec. 799.105. - Territorial application.

This Chapter shall apply throughout the General Services District. The City is exercising its powers as a County in the enactment of this Chapter and the imposition of the local option gas tax, pursuant to the authority contained in Section 3.01 of the Charter. (Ord. 85-793-824, § 1)
