Sec. 800.101. - Minimum flying heights.

Exclusive of taking off and landing and except as otherwise permitted by Section 800.102 , aircraft shall not be flown: (a) Over the congested parts of the City except at a height sufficient to permit a reasonably safe emergency landing, which in no case shall be less than 1,000 feet. (b) Elsewhere at a height less than 500 feet, except where indispensable to an industrial flying operation. (c) Over any open-air assembly of persons at a height of less than 1,000 feet, except with the consent of the Sheriff. Consent shall be granted only for limited operations.
