Sec. 804.1207. - Reimbursement for lien discharged pursuant to Section 804.1107.

If a lien created by Section 804.1107 and held by a private wrecker or towing firm is discharged by Section 804.1107 pursuant to a determination by a hearing examiner that an impoundment was improper and that the City shall bear part or all of the towing and storage charges, the City shall pay to the firm the amount determined by the hearing examiner.
