Sec. 804.1607. - Certain Dump Trucks Prohibited.

(a) Operators of Dump Trucks having ten or more wheels are hereby prohibited from traveling over, driving on or using that portion of roadways from the northernmost point of Sawpit Road, south to Cedar Point Road, west on Cedar Point Road to Grover Road in Jacksonville. This prohibition shall not apply to any Dump Truck that is legally stored on and operated from any property that is owned or leased by the vehicle owner in an area where any roadway identified in this Section provides the sole means of ingress or egress. (b) The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office shall enforce this Section in accordance with the provisions of Section 804.1606 , Ordinance Code, provided a warning shall be issued for six months after enactment of this Section.
