Sec. 804.205. - Filing system for traffic accident reports.

The Sheriff's Office shall maintain a suitable system for filing accident reports. The accident reports shall be filed numerically by the official recording number, with cross-index files referring to each accident report. One shall be filed alphabetically under the driver's name and one filed by the location of the accident. The reports shall be available for distribution, upon request, for the use of the agencies within the Sheriff's Office and the City Traffic Engineer.
