Sec. 804.206. - Annual safety report.

The Sheriff's Office shall prepare monthly and yearly traffic reports, including cumulative totals, copies being filed with the City Traffic Engineer and the Executive Office of the Mayor. It shall contain: (a) The number of traffic accidents, the number of persons killed, the number of persons injured and other pertinent traffic accident data. (b) The number of traffic accidents investigated and other pertinent data on the safety activities of the Sheriff's Office. (c) Plans and recommendations for future traffic safety and enforcement activities.
