Sec. 804.210. - Experimental regulations.

The Sheriff, with the approval of the City Traffic Engineer, is empowered to make and enforce experimental regulations. No temporary or experimental regulation shall remain in effect longer than 90 days. The City Traffic Engineer may test traffic-control devices under actual conditions of traffic.
