Sec. 804.212. - Additional civil penalty.

In addition to any civil penalty assessed for a parking violation as defined and provided for in this Chapter or as defined in F.S. § 318.14 and for which civil penalties are provided for in F.S. § 318.18, there shall be assessed an additional civil penalty of $4 per violation for all noncriminal traffic infractions occurring within the boundaries of Duval County. This additional penalty shall be collected and utilized as provided for in F.S. § 316.21(12). Upon receipt of this money when paid to the City pursuant to F.S. § 316.2102, the monies shall be utilized as required by law. (Ord. 85-1257-617, § 1; Ord. 2006-422-E, § 129)
