Sec. 804.307. - Use of skateboards restricted.

A person who is 17 years of age or under using a skateboard must wear a helmet that is properly fitted or fastened securely on the passenger's head by a strap, and that meets the standards of the American National Standards Institute, the standards of the Snell Memorial Foundation, or any other nationally recognized standards for helmets. Violation of this subsection shall constitute an offense against the City and shall be punishable by a fine of $25 for the first violation and $50 for the second or any subsequent violation thereof.
