Sec. 804.319. - Display of unauthorized signs, signals or markings.

(a)—(d) Reserved. (e) At all routes of access to collector or arterial streets from multiple-family dwelling structures of more than four dwelling units and from mobile home parks containing ten or more parking spaces, the developer, or owner if different from the developer, shall erect before use and maintain at his expense stop signs which conform to the State standards. The stop signs shall be erected at locations and in the manner directed or approved by the City Traffic Engineer.
