Sec. 804.402. - Speed limits.

(a) Reserved. (b) The City Highway Engineer, with the approval of the Sheriff, may vary and post other speed limits throughout the City to promote the efficient flow of traffic and the safety of motorists and pedestrians upon the public streets and highways. Speed limits established under this subsection by the City Highway Engineer shall be in conformity with the laws and regulations of the State. (c) Reserved.
