Sec. 804.640. - Motor vehicular traffic prohibited on posted City property.

It is unlawful for a person to drive or park a motor vehicle, except an emergency or maintenance vehicle, upon City property which is posted by the head of the department responsible for the property to be closed to motor vehicular traffic.
