Sec. 804.641. - Vehicular restrictions at Huguenot Park.

(a) It is unlawful for a person to drive an unlicensed motor vehicle in Huguenot Park or to drive a motor vehicle at a speed in excess of 15 miles an hour in Huguenot Park.
