Sec. 804.802. - Intent.

It is the intent of Council to provide a safe pedestrian environment to traverse the City and County roads in a manner that is consistent with Florida Statutes 316.130, while providing and encouraging a manner for pedestrians and bicyclists to share the roadways with vehicular traffic.
