Sec. 804.908. - Riding on sidewalks.

(a), (b) Reserved. (c) Whenever a person is riding a bicycle on a sidewalk, the person shall yield the right-of-way to a pedestrian and shall give an audible signal before overtaking and passing the pedestrian.
