Sec. 804.910. - Effect of regulations.

(a) It is a violation of this Code for a person to do an act forbidden or fail to perform an act required which relates to the regulation of bicycles. (b) No parent of a minor child and no guardian of a minor ward shall authorize or knowingly permit the minor child or ward to violate a provision of this Code. (c) This Part shall apply whenever a bicycle is operated on a street or on a public path set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles, subject to those exceptions stated herein.
