Sec. 82.107. - Representation on regional organizations.

The chair of the Council on Elder Affairs, with the approval of the Mayor, shall appoint if needed, representatives from among the members of the Council on Elder Affairs to serve as representatives of the City, on boards, councils, commissions or any other regional organization on which the City is to be represented, that concerns itself with the problems and needs of the elderly. A member of the Council on Elder Affairs may be appointed as a representative on more than one such regional organization, but the chair and the Mayor shall confer as to the advisability of and need for representation on each such regional organization.
