Sec. 85.104. - Territorial jurisdiction.

The Jacksonville Journey Forward may review and make recommendations regarding JF Related Programs throughout the General Services District. The City is exercising its powers as a County in the enactment of this Chapter under the authority contained in Section 3.01 of the Charter. (Ord. 2024-635-E , § 2)
