Sec. 85.112. - Advisory committees.

The Board may by rule create one or more advisory committees consisting of representatives of groups, organizations, businesses, and persons involved in community-based crime reduction efforts. An advisory committee may be permanent or ad hoc and its area of responsibility shall be established, expanded, contracted, or changed by the Board as it deems necessary and advisable.
