Sec. 91.108. - Final disposition.

Upon compliance, the Municipal Code Enforcement Board will order the case closed. In the case of noncompliance and when in the view of the Board the violator has not intent, willingness or capability to comply, the case will be referred to the General Counsel's Office for legal action. The General Counsel is directed to proceed with any or all actions required which are deemed in the best interest of the community. (Ord. 96-458-297, § 2)
