Section 10. - Services rendered to the city.

Charges shall be made for any facilities or services rendered by such solid waste disposal and resource recovery system to the city at the rate or rates at least equal to those applicable to other customers or users using facilities or services under similar circumstances. Revenues derived from such facilities or services furnished to the city shall be treated as all other revenues of the system.
