Section 14. - Prohibiting franchise and other fees by other municipalities.

No other municipality shall impose or collect any franchise or any similar fee on real property upon which the city's solid waste disposal and resource recovery system is located. All fees and charges which may be required by a municipality in order to provide water, sewer, or other utility services authorized by s. 180.06, Florida Statutes, to said system are not prohibited by this action when such fees and charges are based upon established rates.
