Section 15. - Conformance with municipal, county, state, federal standards.

Any solid waste disposal and resource recovery system as defined in this act shall be operated and maintained in conformity with all municipal, county, state, and federal standards that have local application for the protection of the quality of air and water resources, for the prevention of contamination or degradation of soil and land areas, and for the enhancement and protection of the environment of the City of Jacksonville.
