Section 1. - Authority created.

There is hereby created and established an advisory board to the Office of Economic Development, hereinafter called "the OED," to be known as the Jacksonville Sports Development Authority, hereinafter called "the authority," for the general purpose of making findings of facts related to sports issues and providing advice to the OED on issues of importance to sports-related functions.
