Section 11. - Refunding Obligations.

The Authority is hereby authorized to provide by resolution for the issuance of refunding bonds or refunding revenue certificates for the purpose of refunding any bonds or revenue certificates, respectively, then outstanding and issued under the provisions of this Chapter. The Authority is further authorized to provide by resolution for the issuance of revenue certificates for the combined purpose of (a) paying the cost of any acquisition, construction, extension, addition, improving, equipping or reconstruction of a facility or facilities of the Authority and (b) refunding revenue certificates of the Authority which shall theretofore have been issued under the provisions of this Chapter and shall then be outstanding. The issuance of such obligations, the maturities and other details thereof, the right and remedies of the holders thereof, the rights, powers, privileges, duties and obligations of the Authority with respect to the same shall be governed by the foregoing provisions of this Chapter insofar as the same may be applicable.
