Section 12. - Reregistration of Electors.

The council of the city shall, when presented with a resolution adopted by the authority requesting a reregistration of the electors of the county, call such reregistration for the purpose of securing a new and up-to-date list of the electors in the county to participate in any election called for the purpose of approving the issuance of bonds under section 9. The cost of making the call and conducting the reregistration provided for by this section shall be borne by the authority. Such reregistration shall be noticed and conducted in the manner required by the general laws of the state for the reregistration of county electors. (Laws of Fla., Ch. 79-449, § 2)
