Section 13. - Bond Election.

The council of the city shall, when presented with a resolution adopted by the authority requesting the holding of an election to approve the issuance of bonds under section 9, call, notice and conduct such election in the manner required by the general laws of the state for the issuance of bonds by the county; provided, that before the council is required to call any such election, it shall have approved the issuance of bonds by the authority as provided in section 9. The cost of holding and conducting such election shall be borne by the authority. (Laws of Fla., Ch. 79-449, § 3)
