Section 19. - Obligations to Constitute Legal Investment.

Any bonds, revenue certificates or other obligations issued pursuant to this Chapter shall be and constitute legal investments for banks, savings banks, trustees, executors, administrators and all other fiduciaries for all state, municipal and public funds and shall also be and constitute securities eligible for deposit as security for all state, municipal or other public funds notwithstanding the provisions of any other law or laws to the contrary.
