Section 5. - Duties of Secretary and Treasurer.

It shall be the duty of the Secretary to keep full and correct minutes of all proceedings and meetings of the Authority, and it shall be the duty of the Treasurer to keep separate accounts of all receipts and disbursements of the Authority.
