Section 6. - Rights of bondholders.

All bonds issued by the City of Jacksonville or the former Jacksonville Port Authority related to properties transferred to the authority and bonds issued under authority of chapter 63-1447, Laws of Florida, remain the liability, responsibility, and obligation of the issuer and the rights of the holders of existing outstanding bonds shall be unimpaired. Rights, duties, and obligations of the authority with respect to the property, and any bonds related thereto, transferred to it by the City of Jacksonville or the former Jacksonville Port Authority are ratified and remain unchanged.
