Section 7. - Vocational Education Defined.

Vocational education is defined as meaning that instruction, either graded or ungraded, which is given to persons who have the ability to benefit from the instruction provided for the purpose of developing occupational proficiency, and shall not be construed to mean any general or exploratory courses offered with any other objectives. Only vocational education courses and courses related to the vocational course shall be carried out in the buildings or facilities of the authority by the using public entities.
