Who Needs a License

Florida law regulates persons who construct, repair, or maintain potable water systems and wastewater treatment systems. Under Fla. Stat. § 489.105, a "Class B Water and Wastewater Contractor" is defined as a contractor who performs installation, maintenance, and repair of water and wastewater systems serving one or more buildings or structures.

Local Requirements

Gonzalez CDP is located in Escambia County.
