Who Needs a License

Submit your application to the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board (part of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation). Include proof of education, experience, and examination passage.
4. Receive Your License
Once approved, you receive a Florida home inspector license valid for two years and renewable upon completion of continuing education requirements.
