Expenses incurred by city

In addition to fees established elsewhere in this Code, any person who, as a result of any act or omission by that person, whether deliberate or otherwise, causes damage to any city equipment, material or property shall be responsible and make payment to the city for all expenses incurred to repair or replace such equipment, material or property.
