Civil court order

(a)

The city may commence actions in the appropriate courts for abatement of nuisances, injunctive relief, collection of sums due for fees or penalties, enforcement of penalties, prosecution of violators, enforcement of liens, or other relief to which the city is entitled in the administration of this Code.

(b)

The city may:

(1)

Rescind or modify any order issued by it;

(2)

Extend the time for compliance with any order issued by it;

(3)

Stipulate to the dismissal of any action commenced by or against it.
