City elections for ordinance initiatives and referendums

The supervisor of elections of Hillsborough County shall place on the ballot of a city election any ordinance as provided in section 10.07 of the Charter. Such ordinance shall be placed on the ballot of a scheduled city election unless it is placed on the ballot of a city election called by the supervisor, as prescribed by an ordinance of city council.
