Same—Exceptions

The approval of the fire marshal, as set forth in section 11-53, shall not be necessary with respect to the location of installations for the storage of flammable liquids for airport and related airport uses at Tampa International Airport, and such installations for the storage of flammable liquids for airport and related airport uses at the airport, including aboveground tanks, are hereby specifically authorized, any other sections or provisions of this Code to the contrary notwithstanding; provided, however, that such installations shall comply with all the requirements set forth in section 902 of the Standard Fire Prevention Code.
