Subpoenas; discovery

The board created by this chapter may issue subpoenas and order discovery in aid of investigations and hearings as required under the provisions of this chapter. Such subpoenas and discovery may be ordered to the same extent and subject to the same limitations as subpoenas and discovery in a civil action under the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. The requesting party shall be responsible for service of any subpoena.
