Hours of operation for metered parking spaces and hours of enforcement

(a)

Unless a parking meter or sign is posted with or displays specific hours of operation, the days and hours of operation are twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week with the following exception:

(1)

Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for all metered parking located in the area bound by and excluding Kennedy Boulevard to the South, by and including Scott Street to the North, by and including Ashley Street to the West, by and including Nebraska Avenue to the East.

(b)

The days and hours of parking enforcement are twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
