Camping

No person shall camp, as defined in section 14-50 of the City of Tampa Code, or park a vehicle overnight within any department managed land except in areas designated by the department for such purpose. The department may establish rules and regulations for designated camping areas.

Unless permitted by the department or designee in writing, no house trailer, camp trailer, camp wagon, recreational vehicle, or any other form of movable structure or special vehicle intended for overnight occupancy may be brought into any department managed land.
