Boating

In addition to the provisions set forth in Chapter 14, Offenses Code, and in F.S. ch. 327, or any amended or successor statute, the following rules and regulations shall apply to water areas within department managed lands:

No person shall bring in to, launch, or operate any watercraft, vessel, or vehicle on any city park property, watercourses, bays, lagoons, lakes, canals, rivers, ponds, or sloughs except at such places that are designated by the department for such use or purpose. Any person operating such watercraft, vessel, or vehicle shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws related to boating.
