Scope

All persons owning, operating, leasing, or otherwise exercising control of any watercraft, vessel, or floating structure operating in or utilizing the facilities of the city marinas, mooring fields, or jurisdictional waters shall be governed by and subject to the provisions of this chapter in addition to the provisions set forth in Chapter 14, Offenses Code, and F.S. Ch. 327.
