Report and registration of incoming watercraft or vessel

The captain, owner, or operator of all incoming watercraft or vessels shall immediately, and in no event later than twenty-four (24) hours after the arrival of the watercraft or vessel in a city marina or mooring field, report the arrival of the watercraft or vessel to the dock master and apply for a permit for berthing or anchorage facilities for the watercraft or vessel. In making the registration, the captain, owner, or operator of the watercraft or vessel shall designate whether his/her watercraft or vessel is for pleasure or commercial purposes.
