Right of entry

Authorized park officials/personnel and law enforcement officers shall have the right at all times to enter the premises of any building, structure, or enclosure of any city park including such grounds, buildings, structures, or enclosures as may be leased, permitted, or set aside for the private or exclusive use of any individual or group.
