Trespassing

It is unlawful for any person to go upon the slips or docks of any city marina, except the permittee of a dock or slip, a guest or authorized agent of the permittee, authorized personnel, or persons having legitimate business on the slips or docks. It is unlawful for any person to willfully, maliciously, or mischievously trespass upon or injure, damage, deface, or otherwise interfere with any area of the marinas.
