Storage of equipment

It is unlawful for any person to deposit or leave any equipment, material, or supplies of any character upon the docks, sidewalks, or streets in or adjacent to the city marinas or mooring fields unless the equipment, material, or supplies are contained within a box or locker provided with the slip permit and are in a designated area as determined by the department.
