Maintenance of watercraft or vessels

All watercraft or vessels berthed, anchored, or in use in any waterway within the city limits shall be kept in a safe and presentable condition at all times and shall conform to all United States and State of Florida regulations in regard to the operation, equipment, and care of any watercraft or vessel. Registrations must be current and displayed at all times.
