Loitering, lewd and lascivious behavior prohibited

(a)

No person shall loiter in or around any department managed land rest room, dressing room, or bath house at a time or in a manner not usual for law abiding individuals under circumstances that warrant justifiable and reasonable alarm or immediate concern for the safety of persons or property in the vicinity.

(b)

No person shall engage in any lewd and lascivious behavior, as defined in F.S. Chs. 798 and 800, or any amended or successor statute, on any department managed land.
