Department of code enforcement; authorized employees or officers; jurisdiction

The Department of Code Enforcement, as well as any other properly authorized city employee or officer, shall have jurisdiction and control over the administration and enforcement of all ordinances of the city, fixing and prescribing standards for all existing structures and land, property maintenance, and related code enforcement within the city.
